Version 2.U provides outdoor fitness solutions for the people of the Upper Hunter Valley.

Based in Scone, Version 2.U offers a variety of programs, each with a different focus but all with the same aim; increasing your cardio fitness, toning your body and losing weight whilst being outside and interacting with like-minded people.

We conduct group sessions where children are welcome, making exercise and your update to Version 2.U accessible, realistic and achievable.

Our Running Program – Runamuck!

Runamuck! uses walk/run interval training to gradually increase your cardio fitness and have you running the 3 km course by the end of the 8 week program. This is smart, effective, sequential training where you build upon the progress from the previous session. Want to Runamuck!, become a Mucker and learn how to mucking run?
